Step 1. Theatre Details Profile: Please provide us with your Theatre Details utilizing one of the options below.

• If you have a document with the complete details already, and do not wish to fill out our form, please email the document to exhibitor@solstice-studios.com. Please be sure it includes the following information for each screen: Seat count and all attributes - if has 3D (type), IMAX, PLF, Motion Seats (type), Dolby Vision, Sound (Atmos, 5.1, 7.1), Dine-In, etc.

Step 2. Ownership Profile: Please complete this form, each owner needs to complete this form separately.

Step 3. DocuSign

You will automatically receive the following documents through DocuSign to the email address provided in the Ownership Form:

• MLA

• PGL

• Credit application
